Podcast: Introducing Mental Wellness with Brie Scolaro, LMSW

Hey all! I’d like to formally announce the launch of my podcast, Mental Wellness, which I will be continuing to build out over the next few months. The goal of the podcast is to share concrete tools focused on meditation and reflection that can bolster skills learned together in therapy or even be used by folx outside of therapy that are looking to continue their journey towards wellness. It’s important to mention that this podcast in no way is meant to serve as a replacement for therapy, but instead it is meant to be a fun and educational way to incorporate moments of reflection, mindfulness and intentionality into your life. I hope that you find some of these tools helpful, and I encourage you to share your feedback or what you hope to learn more about in this series.
