Clarify Your Goals, Take Action with The Life Compass

It was an honor to share one of the most useful tools I’ve encountered in my experience as a therapist with @MyWellBeing.

This blog post highlights an activity called the Life Compass, an reflection tool that helps you identify what matters most in your life and how you are currently taking action towards those values. When there is a gap between the life we crave and the life we have, we experience suffering. The Life Compass is meant to move you beyond simple goal setting and toward an exploration of the person you strive to be across all areas of life. It is based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a form of behavioral therapy developed by Steven Hayes, that focuses on enabling individuals to open up to difficult feelings, connect to the present moment and do what matters.

I encourage you to complete the free exercise below!
