We can certainly consider and incorporate psychology and physiological elements (including heart rate, respiration pattern, stress response) into the VR experience to offer instant user feedback and drive connection. However, we must remember that while this can be a powerful tool in clinical application (therapy), this can lead to ethical dilemmas around dangerous user experiences (Horror VR) and privacy concerns.
